2 arrested in Dutchess County, accused of selling fentanyl

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Two people accused of selling fentanyl in Dutchess County were arrested following a reported spike in overdoses beginning the weekend of July 24, according to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office. Timothy Robinson (59, Poughkeepsie), and Shaje Wilcox (31, Poughkeepsie), each face multiple charges. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! Deputies say both Robinson and Wilcox were operating independently. Drug Task Force members were deployed to two different areas in Poughkeepsie on Friday and apprehended both Robinson and Wilcox.Deputies say Robinson was selling fentanyl in the area of Main Street and Rose Street in Poughkeepsie, with Wilcox doing so in the lower Main Street areas near Waryas Park. Officers investigating 'Page Market and Grill' break-in

ST. LOUIS - Crews are investigating a burglary at a local convenience store Wednesday morning. Our Nissan Rogue Runner reporter Nic Lopez captured footage of the scene, located at the 'Page Market and Grill,' where the front door can be seen completed broken off as video showed a truck backing through barriers to gain entry into the store. Stay of execution granted for Johnny Johnson The owners of the business are repairing the scene now, as they shared that nothing of significance was stolen. So far, no suspects have been found. Man fatally shot at Long Beach gas station; gunman sought

Police are searching for a gunman who shot and killed a man at a Long Beach gas station Tuesday night.The shooting occurred shortly before 10 p.m. at the Valero station near the Intersection of Atlantic Avenue and North Atlantic Place.Police investigate a fatal shooting in Long Beach on July 25, 2023. Police see hand sticking out of manhole cover, save woman from sewer

(WXIN) — An Indianapolis Fire Department crew helped rescue a woman from a sewer Tuesday after police saw her hand sticking out from under a manhole cover.IFD posted that around 3 p.m., bike patrol police officers on the east side of Indianapolis spotted a hand sticking up through a manhole cover.Rescue photo via IFDRescue photo via IFDRescue photo via IFDIMPD contacted the fire department and crews were dispatched to go rescue the woman. Brush fire breaks out in Newhall Pass

Fire crews battled a brush fire that broke out in Newhall Pass near Sylmar on Tuesday afternoon.The Victor Fire was burning near Sierra Highway and Needham Ranch Parkway surrounded by the 5 and 14 Freeways, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.The blaze ignited around 3:30 p.m. at around five acres and by 4 p.m., had grown to 10 acres. By 5 p.m., the flames expanded to around 50 acres. The fire is surrounded by "light, flashy fuels" and had the potential to grow to 100 acres, officials said.
