(KRON) -- San Jose nurse Delia Yriarte was enjoying a three-week, long overdue vacation to Peru and the Galapagos Islands. But on July 4, after snorkeling with a tour group off Mosquera Island, she returned to shore and was intercepted by an unwanted visitor… a shark. A's protest: 'Sell the Team' chants break out at MLB All-Star Game

(KRON) -- An Oakland A's fan group planned a protest at the MLB All-Star Game in Seattle Tuesday night. During the fifth inning of the game, "Sell the Team" chants rang out at T-Mobile Park. The group, called Oakland 68s, passed out cards that said "Sell the Athletics" and outlined the plan for the protest. You can hear the chants in the video above. The chants were hardly audible during FOX's broadcast of the game, as the telecast cut to an interview with Los Angeles Angels star Shohei Ohtani while fans chanted. When A's All-Star outfielder Brent Rooker came up to the plate in the sixth inning, the chants started again. Rooker roped a ground-rule double to right field. Man had restraining order against accused Broomfield restaurant shooter

BROOMFIELD, Colo. (KDVR) — A man who has a history with an accused shooter of a burrito spot in Broomfield explained what happened between the two of them in the past. Broomfield resident Pete Elliott said there are bullet holes in his home window. At those rates, renters have little patience for maintenance issues and other problems.With more than 225,000 rental units in the metro area, organizers of a new tenants’ rights group say it is time for renters to band together to stand up for acceptable living conditions.“Tenants have come together, created a list of their demands, a list of grievances and collected evidence and told their landlords that hey, we’re tired of this we’re fed up,” said Denver Aurora Tenants United organizer Nate Kossa. DENVER (KDVR) -- UPDATE (8:02 p.m.): Crews have knocked down the fire and will continue to monitor the area overnight. A small wildfire was burning west of Evergreen in the Mount Evans Wilderness.According to the Arapaho Roosevelt National Forest Service, the fire was only about a quarter of an acre, but smoke was visible.The fire was named the Trusedell Fire.The forest service said a helicopter and ground resources worked the fire.
