New Chuck E. Cheese opens in East County

MIAMI (AP) — A storm churning in waters off the eastern U.S. has increased to tropical storm strength and is forecast to reach the North Carolina coast Friday morning, the National Hurricane Center said.The storm was off the coast of South Carolina and North Carolina late Thursday with top sustained winds of 40 mph (65 kph).
