Southbound lanes of Interstate 225 near Parker Road are being diverted due to a serious accident.Traffic is being diverted at East Iliff Avenue, Aurora Fire Rescue tweeted. Grammy award-winning singer Tori Kelly is being treated for blood clots after passing out at a restaurant in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday night, multiple media outlets reported.First reported by TMZ, a source close to Kelly said the 30-year-old singer is receiving treatment for blood clots found around her lungs and legs. Doctors are also trying to determine if she has blood clots around her heart.The singer reportedly noticed that her heart was beating very fast before passing out. L.A. County probation officer charged with assaulting minor

A 59-year-old Los Angeles County deputy probation officer is facing three years in jail after allegedly using excessive force on a 17-year-old boy at the Camp Kilpatrick juvenile facility in Malibu in October 2020, authorities announced Monday.  In surveillance footage that was first made public by the Los Angeles Times, four probation officers are seen piling onto the teenager, shoving him face down onto a bed. Moments later, after it appears the teen had been subdued, Oscar Cross, an L.A. County Probation Department supervisor, steps in, grabs the teen’s legs and forces them backwards, toward the boy’s head.  The 17-year-old can be heard crying out for his mom as the officers are in a pile on top of him.  At a press conference on Monday to announce charges against Cross, L.A. Five Hospitalized after Pickup-Truck Rollover Collision near State Route 74PEORIA, AZ (July 24, 2023) – Late Sunday night, five victims sustained injuries in a rollover accident on Castle Hot Springs Road.Police responded to the scene near State Route 74 after receiving multiple dispatch calls in the area.Per reports, the driver of a pickup-truck veered off Castle Hot Springs Road at a high rate of speed. The truck then crashed into a 40-foot ravine before landing on its roof.First responders located the vehicle in a location that was inaccessible by foot. As a result, emergency crews had to use a technical-rescue evacuation using ropes.Medics then transported the five occupants to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Davidson in diversion program after reckless driving charge

By Taylor Romine and Alli Rosenbloom | CNNA Los Angeles County Superior judge ordered actor Pete Davidson to complete an 18-month diversion program after the actor was charged with reckless driving in connection with a car crash in Beverly Hills earlier this year, CNN has confirmed.A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney (LACDA) said on Monday that as part of the program, Davidson is required to complete 50 hours of community service, which can be completed in New York, LACDA said.His counsel has indicated the service will likely be completed at the New York Fire Department.Davidson will also be required to do 12 hours of traffic school, which can be completed in New York as well, and he must complete a Hospital and Morgue program or the New York equivalent, LACDA said. Man shot dead in Santa Rosa Jack in the Box drive-thru

(KRON) -- A man died Sunday night after he was shot in the drive-thru of a Jack in the Box, the Santa Rosa Police Department said. Police are looking for two men accused of committing the homicide. SRPD was called to the fast-food restaurant at 2755 Santa Rosa Avenue just after 11:31 p.m. for the reported shooting. When they arrived, they found the victim lying on the ground unresponsive in front of the drive-thru.
