(CNN Español) — Un juez de Bogotá declaró legal este domingo la captura de Nicolás Petro Burgos y de su exesposa, Daysuris del Carmen Vásquez Castro, a quienes se les investiga por los delitos de lavado de activos, enriquecimiento ilícito y violación de datos personales, según informó en un comunicado la Fiscalía de Colombia.El Juzgado Penal Municipal 74 con funciones de control de garantías determinó además que “se impartió legalidad a los allanamientos, registro e incautación con fines de comiso de elementos que serían útiles para la investigación y que adquieren la calidad de material probatorio o evidencia física”, de acuerdo con el comunicado.Según la Fiscalía, la decisión del Juez “no tuvo recursos de las partes”.Hasta este domingo, aún no se daba una determinación sobre el pedido de la Fiscalía para que se decretara aseguramiento contra Petro Burgos y Vásquez.CNN intenta también obtener comentarios de los abogados defensores de Petro Burgos y Váz...

DENVER (KDVR) -- Alpine Rescue Team is reminding hikers to be prepared after a busy weekend of calls. The rescue team received four calls on Saturday alone for injured individuals in the mountains at Hermans Gulf, Saint Mary's and Kingston Peak. GOLDEN, Colo. (KDVR) -- The York Fire in southern California has now burned 70,000 acres and crossed into Nevada.As the fire danger increases Colorado is answering the call for assistance.
