(BCN) -- Authorities are searching for a man who went missing in his boat in the Bay after telling someone he was heading to Petaluma last week, police said Thursday. George Ferguson recently bought a 30-foot boat named "Bianca" that he has been living in, a person close to him told Petaluma police. (AP) — A federal judge on Thursday approved an agreement between four Native American tribes and state and federal regulatory agencies to revise a fishing policy covering parts of three of the Great Lakes.The deal extends for 24 years a system overseeing commercial and sport fishing in sections of lakes Michigan, Huron and Superior covered by an 1836 treaty.
